I dati personali da noi raccolti in fase di prenotazione sono limitati a quanto strettamente necessario per l'erogazione del servizio di parcheggio e la relativa gestione contabile/fiscale:

• Email address (for sending QR confirmation code, notifications and receipt)
• Phone number (for urgent contact or customer support)
• Vehicle license plate and driver name (for operational and access control purposes)
• Booking information (dates, times, vehicle type and amounts)

3. IP Address Logging and Fraud Prevention

For security reasons and to prevent bank fraud or unauthorized charges, our system records the IP address and device information (User Agent) at the time of payment or booking confirmation. This technical data is stored and strictly used as legal evidence before financial institutions in case of disputes or unrecognized chargebacks.

4. Processing of Payment Data (Stripe / Nexi)

Tutti i pagamenti con carta di credito online sono gestiti direttamente dalle piattaforme di pagamento sicure (Stripe / Nexi). Super Garage Pretorio S.R.L. non memorizza né ha accesso ai dettagli completi della carta di credito o di debito degli utenti. I dati di fatturazione e pagamento sono trattati in conformità con gli standard di sicurezza PCI-DSS.

5. Cookie Policy

Our web platform uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure its correct technical functioning and security. Being technical cookies, they do not require prior user consent.

• Technical session cookies: Maintain booking and user session state securely.
• CSRF security cookies: Prevent cyber attacks and ensure request authenticity.
• Payment cookies: Generated by payment gateways (Stripe / Nexi) to verify transaction authenticity.
