This document establishes the legal conditions, cancellation policies and processing of personal data applicable to bookings made at Super Garage Pretorio S.R.L. (hereinafter 'the Garage', 'us' or 'the Controller').
By checking the box "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy" during the payment process, the customer provides explicit and binding consent to all clauses described herein.
The customer has the right to cancel their reservation independently using the 'Cancel Booking' button available in their user panel or through the direct link provided in the confirmation email. In compliance with European regulations, we guarantee a transparent cancellation process.
The customer may cancel the reservation and access a refund if they meet one of the following two conditions:
Outside of these terms (after the 10-minute grace period and less than 24 hours before entry), the system will not allow cancellation and will not issue any refund, reserving the space for the customer as contracted, in accordance with Article 59, letter n, of the Italian Consumer Code.
Valid cancellations will process a refund of the amount paid, deducting a fixed administrative management fee of €5.00, plus banking processing costs (approximately 2.9%).
If the total amount of the original reservation is equal to or less than the aforementioned management costs, no refund will be issued to the customer.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you about how we process your personal data.
We collect name, email, phone number, vehicle license plate and booking dates solely for the purpose of managing your parking space and issuing the corresponding receipts/invoices. We do not store credit card numbers; online payments are securely processed by Stripe / Nexi.
For security reasons and to prevent bank fraud, our system records the IP address and device information (User Agent) from which the reservation is made. These technical data will be strictly used as legal evidence before banking institutions in the event of financial disputes or unrecognized chargebacks.
You have the right to access, rectify or request the deletion of your data (provided it does not interfere with our tax and accounting obligations) by writing to info@parkingpretorio.it.
Our web platform uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure its correct technical functioning and security. Being technical cookies, they do not require prior user consent.
We inform you that we DO NOT use marketing, advertising or profiling cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) to track your internet behavior.
